How do I get my documents to you?
After we discuss your project, you have the option of sending me your documents via SnailMail or emailing your files to me.
How do I get my corrections?
For document proofreading: I make edits utilizing the “tracking changes” feature within Microsoft Word and/or Adobe Professional. This way, you will have the opportunity to “accept” the changes that I’ve made, one-by-one through the features that Microsoft Word and Adobe offers in their software. If you prefer, I can email you a list of the mistakes I find, if that is more convenient for you.
For website proofreading: If your website has a content editing tool, I can make the changes directly through that. If it does not, I will simply email you a list of the mistakes I find and you can then make the corrections.
What are your fees?
My fees will depend upon the type, complexity and length of the project. Contact me today and we can discuss your project.
How is payment handled?
When we agree on a price for your project, half of the payment is expected at the beginning of the job. Once your job is completed, the other half of the payment is expected immediately. Unless other arrangements are made, most billing is handled through Pay Pal, where you have the option of paying with your Pay Pal account or Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
